Dr Monya Pelser

MBCHB,

Diploma in Emergency Care, Diploma in Mental Health , Diploma in Medical Aesthetics

Dr. Pelser has been practicing medicine since 2013 and has worked in several hospitals around Cape Town, tackling everything from trauma cases to surgical and medical challenges. She’s not only skilled in these areas but also has experience in psychiatry, emergency medicine, and aesthetic medicine having earned diplomas in each.

Currently, Dr. Pelser works as a general practitioner and manages a travel clinic in Sea Point, Cape Town, where she helps patients prepare for their adventures. After spending five years as a cruise ship doctor, she combined her love for travel with her medical career. Outside of work, Dr. Pelser is passionate about travel, health and fitness. Dr Pelser has a strong interest in managing skin disorders and travel medicine. She’s completed a Travel Medicine course.

With her diverse experience and ongoing learning, Dr. Pelser is dedicated to providing top-notch care across various medical fields.

While Dr Pelser is away , Dr Irene Mampa & Dr Cinaé Swart will be available to provide your medical care and ensure continuity of your healthcare.
